About

Research, strategy and global transformation

I have developed the framework of World-Systems Geopolitics and Antisystemic State Action, which connects world-systems analysis, classical geopolitics, and critical geopolitics to explain hegemonic transition, BRICS, sanctions, wars, and the bifurcation of the contemporary world order. Through books, articles, conferences, and media interventions, I seek to contribute to a strategic understanding of global transformations from the perspective of Brazil, Latin America, and the Global South.
