I am a professor, researcher, and public intellectual in the fields of Geopolitics and International Relations, focusing on the crisis of U.S. hegemony, the rise of the Global South, and the place of Brazil and Latin America in a changing world order. My work brings together academic research, teaching, and public analysis, with more than 35 years of experience in higher education, geopolitical interpretation, and international commentary.
